Who we are:

We are a group of state-licensed and certified clinicians committed to helping individuals, couples, and families through culturally sensitive wellness, psychotherapy, neurobiological, holistic and therapeutic services. Our services draw from a broad spectrum of compassion-based therapeutic approaches for individuals to achieve a well-rounded and healthy life.

Vision

All Wellness Community Center, Inc. strives to be a trusted comprehensive mental health center proving trauma informed care and all-around wellness to our community through a group practice of qualified and dedicated practitioners. We offer a host of comprehensive mental health services to suit the personal wellness needs of individuals across South Florida.

Our mission is for our state-certified and licensed clinicians to assist individuals of all ages in striving for mental health wellness through client-centered trauma informed care, one step at a time.

Meet our clinicians

Felix Rodriguez, MD, Clinical Director
Board Certified Psychiatrist specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders, emotional disorders, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance-related disorders, sexual and gender identity disorders and adjustment disorders. Biologic, psychological, and social components of illnesses are explored and understood in treatment of the whole person. Tools used may include diagnostic laboratory tests, prescribed medications, TMS, evaluation and treatment of psychological and interpersonal problems with individuals and families, and intervention for coping with stress, crises, and other problems. Dr. Rodriguez is a bilingual service-oriented healthcare provider with many years of experience specialized in providing compassionate and competent psychiatric services to individuals with a variety of psychiatric disorders and mental health needs to recover and reach their emotional wellbeing.

Anna Garcia, LMHC QS , Clinical Director
Licensed in the State of Florida, Anna has more the 12 years’ experience working with children, young-adults, adults, couples, and family therapy in mental health counseling. Her experience working with diverse cultures and fluency in English and Spanish helps her to engage in a manner that is respectful to her clients believes, experiences and life choices in a compassionate and collaborative manner with the belief that “We are all on this earth together, let’s love and help each other.” Anna has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from CIU and has over seven years’ experience as a Lead Behavioral Analyst and Qualified Supervisor working with children and their families in addition to experience helping individuals through anxiety, behavior, depression, and ADHD.

Vania Simon, LMHC QS CCFT CCTP-II, Program Director
A Trauma Informed Therapist with over 15 years’ experience as a licensed clinician in the State of Florida. After graduating from Nova Southeastern University in Counseling Psychology, Vania has her certification as a Qualified Field Trainer and Supervisor, Compassion Fatigue and Complex Trauma Therapist with training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Self-Compassion, Critical Incident Stress Management CBT and MBCBT. She is a member of the FMHCA, ASGPP, ICISF with experience in guidance and school counseling, college and career counseling. She has experience working with adolescents through adulthood in the areas of complex trauma, victim advocacy program at FIU, compassion fatigue, somatic and experiential techniques, using mindfulness, compassion and psychodrama through individual, group and couples therapy to assist clients on their road to self-acceptance and reaching fulfilling lives and relationships.

Jennifer N. Lopez LMFT, CCTP
Born and raised in San Francisco, California. Jennifer attended Saint Mary’s College in 2012, obtaining her Master of Arts in Counseling and with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jennifer moved to South Florida in 2017. Jennifer is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and in Florida. Jennifer has been trained in trauma informed care and is a certified clinical trauma professional. Jennifer also practices with a person-centered approach. Jennifer has experience in working with school aged children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families with a variety of mental health issues. Jennifer also has experience in advocating and working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other traumas. Jennifer can provide treatment in English and in Spanish. Jennifer’s main focus in treatment is helping the client heal, increase self-compassion, and help gain new healthy perspective of self.

Edgar N. Arbaje, Psy.D.  
Dr. Arbaje holds a doctorate in psychology and has extensive experience in conducting psychological evaluations with clients of all ages, providing personality/diagnostic, psychoeducational, substance abuse, and psychosexual/risk Assessment evaluations and Mental Health Examinations (MHEs). Over the years Dr. Arbaje has conducted examinations for the Department of Corrections, 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, Family Court Services and Dependency (Juvenile) Court. Dr. Arbaje works closely with community systems and makes recommendations for psychotherapy treatments, parenting skills courses, anger management, random drug testing, extended co-parenting sessions, and other interventions based on needs.

Maura Rodriguez, LCSW
Maura is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida with over 20 years’ experience working with children, adults and families through behavioral health issues. Maura has experience working as a behavior analyst and helping individuals improve their mental health, reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal communication and family relationships.

Angie Dominguez, MS IMH
With a heart dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their journey, Angie brings over four years of experience in mental health alongside a Master of Science in Counseling for Mental Health and Addictions. She embraces a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, collaborating closely with a diverse team to ensure each client's progress is accurately tracked. Beyond Mental Health, Angie has delved into further education in School Counseling, allowing her to extend her nurturing support to students navigating their academic, social, and emotional paths. Fueled by a deep-seated passion for both roles, her aim is to make a meaningful and enduring positive difference in the lives of those she serves.

Lourdes Garcia, MA IMH CCTP
Lourdes holds a master’s degree in counseling from TIU and currently pursuing a doctorate in development psychology from Liberty University. Lourdes has over 20 years of experience in counseling a wide variety of clients including children, adolescents, and families. Lourdes has a specialty in addictions and assisting victims of human trafficking.

Ruth Cuzan, MS IMH CRC
Ruth holds a dual master’s degree in mental health and rehabilitation counseling. Her work with trauma and acute stress, rehabilitation in substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, disability and other disorders that impair or limit function make Ruth a great resource and asset in therapy. She is dedicated to providing clinical expertise in counseling, life skills, rehabilitation counseling, and trauma focused care.

Roxana Reyes, MA IMH
Roxana has a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Albizu University. She has experience counseling a variety of clients including children, teens, and young adults. The majority of her expertise is individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and ASD. In addition, she also has experience in psychological and psychoeducational testing with children and adults.

Veronica Perez, LMHC
Veronica has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from CIU and is a licensed mental health therapist in the State of Florida with over ten years’ experience working with young adults, children and their families through difficult situations and recovering for domestic violence in a compassionate and empowering way. In addition, Veronica has experience helping individuals through anxiety, behavior, depression, and ADHD.

Modesto Ramos, MS IMH
Modesto holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling for NSU Center for Psychological Studies. His experience in the US and abroad expands from inpatient and crises settings to individual and family counseling. In addition to helping individuals ranging from youth through adulthood with anxiety, behavior, depression, and ADHD issues, Modesto also conducts our parenting workshops, focusing on increasing cooperation and mutual respect.

Judith Prado Vazquez, MA IMH
Judith holds a master’s degree in Cognitive Behavior therapy and enjoys helping others achieve their goals. Judith has over five years of experience working with children, young adults, and parents. Judith is certified to teach Positive Parenting Skills to prevent – as well as treat – behavioral and emotional problems in children and teenagers. In addition, Judith has experience with inmates working through substance abuse.

Bianca Bolanos, MS IMH
Bianca holds a master’s degree in from NSU Center for Psychological Studies and enjoys helping others reach their full potential. Bianca has over five years’ experience working with children, adolescents and their families’ doing interventions, group and individual counseling, providing behavior strategies, organizational and coping skills in therapeutic and school settings with experience in school counseling. Her goal is to help clients feel safe to improve insight, reduce anxiousness, while learning self-acceptance and healing as they grow. Bianca also provides primary interventions and consultations as our client coordinator, connecting clients to services as needed.

Sam Simon, NCPS
Sam is a National Certified Peer Specialist and 20 year veteran first responder, hosting peer support outreach and monthly meetings to military and first responders. Monthly meetings are held at our location every third Saturday of the month and open to any active or retired first responder or military service personnel seeking support, direction and connection with others on their journey.

Arlenys Lorenzo, M.Psy FRP, PSR Coordinator
Arlenys holds a masters degree in psychology and has extensive experience in healthcare management. Her dedication to serving our community and connecting clients to appropriate care with a client centered approach help clients expedite access to their needs in a compassionate way.

Alanis Puig, Client Coordinator
Alanis holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and in enrolled in her Master of Professional Psychology at Florida International University. Her fascination by the intersection of psychology and the law, Alanis is driven by exploring ethical and legal dimensions of mental health. With a commitment to continuous learning, driving innovation and positive change in both fields. Alanis has experience working with children and a passion for mental health advocacy. With a major in psychology from Florida International University.

Alexa Alimonta, Front Desk Clerk
Alexa is enthusiastic and charismatic with excellent customer service skills. Her experience in mental health and medical field have led her to a major in psychology at Florida International University. Her experience ranges from tutoring, camp counselor, TMS Technician.

Mario A. Garcia, Records Clerk
Our part-time volunteer office records clerk is a breath of fresh air with a love for technology and accuracy.
